Greenvan Service
We’ve launched the Greenvan service in the Washington DC metro area in partnership with Elysian Energy. Elysian Energy, an Energy Star partner, is one of the most experienced residential energy companies in the DC area having served both the DC Government and individual homeowners.

Pricing: Based on square footage:
Under 1500 sq ft..................................................................................................$350
1500 - 2500 sq ft.................................................................................................$400
2500 - 4000 sq ft.................................................................................................$450
More than 4000 sq ft..........................................................................................$TBD
Special Considerations: Cathedral/Vaulted Ceilings..........................add $50

What’s included:
•  Includes home inspection, data collection, and detailed Home Energy Report Card™ with summary of improvements made during the visit and with a checklist of further improvement opportunities.

• Typically 2-4 hours depending on the size of the home

• Items from the Green Bag that you select for your home or have installed are not included, and will be added to the cost of the visit.
